| 摘 要： | 根据集成稳压开关电源的特点、工作原理及未来的发展趋势,采用集成电路制作高频开关稳压电源,不仅简化了电路,同时可以改善电源的性能,降低制作成本.用一种集成芯片制作的稳压电源,具体分析集成稳压电源的制作过程,测试开关电源的波形,负载调整率及电压调整率.

| Abstract: | In this letter,a method of designing the high frequency integrated stabilized voltage switch supply（HFISVSS） is introduced,which can simplify the circuit,improve the power source and the performance of the power source,and reduce the manufacture cost.And the wave of power source,the load regulation rate and the voltage regulation rate of the HFISVSS are tested. |
