| 摘 要： | 以往学界对两宋民间习武情况关注不足,本文通过对宋朝民间习武情况的考察,得出不同于既有的认知,认为所谓"崇文抑武"不过是对武将权力的限制,实际上政府仍十分重视和推崇习武。两宋河北等地"弓箭社"及其他民间习武组织众多,民间身怀绝技的武艺人活动频繁,与习武相关的民间娱乐活动也十分兴盛,总体上民间习武风气仍比较浓厚。这既有军事、政治方面的原因,也与宋朝商品经济的发展密不可分。
