高校贫困生认定方法研究

近几年国家加大了对高校贫困生的资助力度,但缺乏行之有效的贫困生认定办法影响了贫困生资助的效果。要对贫困生认定进行新的构想:根据谁申请谁举证的原则提供证明材料,提出明确的建档条件和标准,对拟建档学生进行资格审查并提出建议名单,经班级民主评议、异议申诉、公示后进行建档,同时对贫困档案进行动态管理。
