| Abstract: | The punishment on the Number One Scholar who was considered committing a crime or mistake was the cruellest in Ming Dynasty,then the Tang Dynasty.The punishment was the most tolerant in Song Dynasty,then the Qing Dynasty.The Central Plains of Wu Dynasty,Liao Dynasty,Jin Dynasty and Yuan Dynasty were in the intermediate state from the limited materials. |
