摘    要:北宋中期著名思想家李觏从现实之弊出发,看到了人才问题的重要性。认为择贤任能关系到国家的兴亡、社会的安定、人民的祸福;提出要坚持德才兼备的原则,兴学设教培养人才,采取正确的方法选拔人才;同时还分析了不能举贤的社会原因。李觏的人才论较为深刻,其中含有许多积极的、合理的因素,但也不可避免地存在阶级局限性。

Abstract:In the middle of North Song Dynasty, Ligou, a famous thinker, noticed the importance of talent issues. He believed that selecting the worthy and promoting the capable was of vital importance to the nation' s prosperity, the society' s stability and people' s well - being. He further argued that the principle of both ability and integrity should be stuck to, that talent cultivation by education should be promoted, and that talent selecting by right methods should be encouraged. He also analyzed the social reasons why talents were not selected and placed on the right posts. Ligou' s theory on talent is profound, with many positive and reasonable elements, but it also suffers from class limitations.
