摘    要:现代企业的竞争不仅是产品创新能力与生产能力的竞争,更是企业市场营销能力的竞争。高校市场营销课程教学的目标是为企业培养高层次的营销管理人才和营销策划人才,这种人才必须具有快速检索信息、学习他人先进的营销经验、了解竞争对手状况并有针对性地设计市场营销竞争策略的能力。快速自导学习法有利于培养这种为企业所需求的高层次市场营销人才。

Abstract:Competition among the modern enterprise lies in not only the product innovation ability and producing capacity,but also the ability of enterprise in marketing competition.Teaching goal of college marketing course is to cultivate high-level marketing management and marketing planning professionals.These professionals must occupy the capability of fast information retrieval,utilize advanced marketing experiences from others,learn rivals and design marketing strategy correspondingly.Fast self-directed learning is conducive to train high-level marketing professionals for enterprises.
