| 摘 要： | 社会在不断发展,技术也在不断更新,而学校的教学内容往往有滞后性,与企业的岗位需求脱节。如实践性很强的网站建设类课程,经常出现学生在校所学知识与岗位能力需求存在距离,其他还有实践能力欠缺、项目经验不足等问题。本文针对以上问题,探讨在校企合作模式下,实现与企业合作教学的课程改革措施,期望培养出符合市场需求的人才。
