| 摘 要： | 随着中国高校毕业生人数逐年高速的增长,大学生的就业形势愈发严峻,也对高校辅导员的就业指导工作带来了巨大挑战。面对这一挑战,高校辅导员在就业指导工作中逐渐暴露出一系列问题,针对问题提出切实可行的优化对策就显得极其重要。
