加拿大工科院校学生课外实践能力培养途径初探

工科院校学生课外实践能力培养,是提升学生综合实践能力的重要组成部分。本文借鉴加拿大部分工科院校学生课外实践训练的多种途径,结合国内工科院校发展现状,从大力推动学科竞赛和创新实训基地建设、合理设置课外实践能力培养考核体系、充分挖掘课外实践能力培养资源、充分尊重学生课外实践活动成果等方面,针对性提出了加强工科学生课外实践能力培养的有效途径,以期为相关工科院校学生实践能力培养模式研究提供借鉴和参考。

Preliminary Studies on Training Modes of Extracurricular Practical Abilities for Engineering College Students in Canada

Cultivation of extracurricular practical abilities for engineering college students is an important part of promoting students' comprehensive practical abilities.Use for reference on multiple ways of practical training for students in some Canadian engineering colleges,and combined with development status of Chinese engineering colleges,this paper proposed some effectual ways to improve engineering college students' extracurricular practical abilities from 4 aspects which include promoting development of subject contest and training base constructions,reasonable setting training and assessment system of students' extracurricular practical abilities,fully excavating training resources of extracurricular practical abilities,paying full respects to students' extracurricular practical results.The proposed suggestions could provide some references for relevant engineering colleges on trainings of students' practical abilities.
