| 摘 要： | 冷战时期,苏联与美国在全球展开了激烈争夺。南亚地区也未能幸免。而印度从自身战略利益出发,选择了与苏联结盟的外交战略,将发展与苏联的关系置于本国外交的首要位置,全方位地发展了与苏联的友好合作关系。印度与苏联所建立的这种特殊关系是以双方互为需求为基础的。冷战时期印度与苏联的这种关系至今对南亚的地缘政治和外交战略仍有很大的影响。
