| 摘 要： | 石油是不可再生的战略资源,它对经济发展的重要性不言而喻。石油资源的有限性、地区分布和消费的不均匀性使得石油消费大国在石油资源丰富的地区展开激烈的地缘角逐。中国石油形势的现实,要求中国必须关注世界石油地缘政治,制订相应的石油安全战略,以确保石油安全。哈萨克斯坦蕴藏有丰富的油气资源,具有明显的地缘战略优势。文章从经济和政治的角度出发,具体分析美俄等大国对哈萨克斯坦地区石油博弈现状及其走向,以及我国的战略选择。
