农村法治建设的制约与促进

农村法治建设是依法治国的重要组成部分,经过多年的发展,农村法治取得了长足的进步,但农民主体意识不强、农村法治环境不健全、农村经济基础薄弱、农村民主管理水平低等仍然是农村法治建设的重要障碍,在新的时期,必须正确认识这些制约性因素的存在,并找准农村法治化建设的着力点,促进农村法治与农村发展和谐共进。
