| Abstract: | Lifelong study and education are the tendency for t he improvement of human beings, as well as the requirement of economic society a nd educational development. Emulating organization is an effective way to perfec t the individuals and themselves as well. Emulating labor union and staff member s reflect the development of emulating organization, which surely has a positive influence on elaboration of labor union in colleges and universities and also o n the development of individual potentials. |
