| Abstract: | police are violated frequently during performing their official duties, which dampens their enthusiasm, and defames China's judicial authority as well in certain extent. With the purpose of defending police's legal rights and fostering police's authority of executing the law, the article will put forward some relevant countermeasures through analyzing their own organs of public security, outer environment of executing the law and the legislative disfigurements. |
