| 摘 要： | 随着我国科教兴国战略的实施，高等教育呈现出快速发展的态势。高校财务管理也随之面临前所未有的新形势，原有的高校财务管理体制已很难适应高校快速发展的需要，这不仅包括制度上的缺陷，也包括管理上的弊病。针对高校财务管理工作中存在的主要问题，提出了解决措施。

| Abstract: | With the implementation of the strategy of Developing the Country Through Science and Education,higher education has the trend of rapid development.At the same time,college financial management is facing a new situation and the old system can hardly meet the need of the rapid development,including the drawbacks of the old system and the disadvantages of management.This paper analyses the existed problems at present college financial management and puts forward the solutions correspondingly. |
