| 摘 要： | 第六次人口普查资料的CPPS预测结果显示：未来20年，扬州市劳动适龄人口呈现不断减少且持续老化的趋势，人口负担系数快速上升。本文基于此次人口普查资料，分析了扬州市劳动力资源现状，并对扬州未来劳动力变化趋势进行预测，并提出发展对策。

| Abstract: | The CPPS predictions based on the sixth census suggest that in the next 20 years, the working-age population in Yangzhou will keep reducing and aging and the dependency ratios will increase rapidly. Based on the data of this census, this paper analyses the current situation of babor resources in Yangzhou and pre- dicts the fluctuant trend of future labor force. Meanwhile, it comes up with the corresponding counter-meas- ures for development. |
