| 摘 要： | 在我国知识产权立法体系中,商业秘密是继专利、商标、著作权之后新兴的第四大领域,商业秘密作为一种无形的知识产权,其法律保护的需要已为国际社会所共识。本文从分析目前我国商业秘密法律保护体系存在的问题入手,结合我国立法现状和司法实践提出相应的完善意见,以期进一步完善我国商业秘密司法救济制度。
