| 摘 要： | 柔力球是我国20世纪90年代初兴起的一项集东西方体育文化于一身,有着健身性、娱乐性、竞技性、观赏性等特点的体育运动。目前柔力球运动还没有得到广泛的普及。文章对柔力球发展过程中所面临的问题：参与群体的老年化,传播途径及发展方向的单一化,理论研究缺乏等进行深入地分析,从柔力球的命名、归属,大众柔力球及竞技柔力球协调发展等角度来探讨柔力球未来发展定位。为正确、务实地引领柔力球运动的发展提供理论依据。
