| 摘 要： | 论文在广泛的访谈调查和问卷调查的基础上，对机关干部的学习方式、使用电脑及上网情况、影响上网学习的因素以及对网络信息资源的需求等进行了分析，并对适应该需求的网络信息资源建设提出了初步设想。

| Abstract: | Based on wide-rang investigation of calling on chats and asking paper, this paper analyses the study means of office worker, the situation of employing the computer to reach the net, the elements that effect online study along with the demands to the online information resource. Moreover, it proposes the preliminary tentative idea to the online information resources construction which is adapted to those demands. |
