摘    要:国际语言学会在印度农耕部落实施了一个成功的扫盲培训项目。该项目成功的经验是以部落居民为主体,争取多方参与,采取多样的途径和方式,周密准备,结合部落的语言和化,结合职业培训和社区开发,促进部落居民和社区的发展。这在我国西部地区人力资源的开发中,特别是对少数民族青壮年的扫盲工作具有借鉴和启示作用。

Abstract:The International Linguistics Society has successfully carried out a training project to eliminate illiteracy in farming tribes in India.This project involved tribe men as the main body of participants and enlisted many social supports.It adopted various ways and methods with careful preparations.Based on tribal language and culture on the one hand,and by combining professional training with community development on the other hand,it promoted the development of tribe men and their communities.We can draw useful experiences from it to develop man power resources in the western part of our country,and especially,to help minority nationality young and middle\|aged people to eliminate illiteracy.
