| 摘 要： | 在体育教育专业人才培养目标进行重新定位、实行弹性教学体制、改革课程体系、创新教学内容、改变教学方法等一系列问题上.提出新的构思和设想.提出面向21世纪,培养具备创新精神的体育人才的教学模式,为进一步深化教学改革,培养具有“宽基础、厚知识、高素质“的体育教育复合型的通才提供有益思路.

| Abstract: | A series of problems on personnel of physical education are given new conception: reorienting cultivating object, carrying out flexible teaching system, reforming courses system, creating teaching contents, changing teaching method. A new teaching model of cultivating P.E personnel with innovational spirit is given out:"wide foundation, rich knowledge, high quality". |
