幼儿园园本教研活动实施的策略

摘    要:园本教研作为一种有组织、有目的的园所管理活动,要求事先进行良好的设计和策划,确立教研活动的目标和内容,找准教研所探讨的问题,设计具体的实施方案,关注实施过程中的各要素和环节。教研活动还要求教研主持人要掌握一定的主持人策略,能够围绕主题展开多种形式的交流互动,保证教研活动的有序进行。与此同时,教研活动还需相关专业人员给予必要的专业引领,以此提升园本教研的水平和层次。
