| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等教育事业的迅猛发展,高等学校占有和使用的固定资产急剧膨胀,其构成日趋复杂,管理难度越来越大。如何管好、用好高校固定资产,不断提高其使用效益,防止浪费和流失,对于保证教学、科研以及各项工作的顺利进行,都有着十分重要的意义。本文就固定资产管理存在的问题和形成这种现状的原因进行了简要分析,并提出了强化高校资产管理的对策。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of China's higher education,colleges occupy and use a rapid expansion of fixed assets.Its composition is becoming more and more complicated and its management is getting difficult day by day.It has great significance to manage and make good use of the fixed assets,continuously improve its efficiency,prevent waste and loss and ensure teaching,research and other work to carry out smoothly.So the researchers will analyze briefly the problems existing in the management of fixed assets and the reasons for the actuality,and put forward the solutions of strengthening asset management. |
