长三角后工业社会的生态型城区建设--基于苏州市沧浪区第一次污染源普查

随着经济的快速发展，中国大多数地区城市的主城区都将在不久的将来逐步进入后工业社会。自2007年全国开始的第一次污染源普查工作，从污染的来源上进一步证实了长三角的许多城区已经进入了后工业社会，长三角地区的城区生态建设也将为中国大多数城市城区的生态治理提供“范本”。本文选择比较有代表性的苏州市沧浪区（中心城区）为代表，分析进入后工业社会之后，城市政府应该改变执政理念，建设生态型城区。

The Eco-city Construction of Yangtze Delta Region in the Post-industrial Society:Based on the First Survey about the Pollution Sources of Canglang District of Suzhou

With the rapid economic development, the main urban areas of most Chinese cities will gradually enter the post-industrial society in the near future.The ifrst national survey of the pollution sources which began in 2007 further confirmed that many urban areas in Yangtze Delta Region have entered the post-industrial society.The ecological construction of Yangtze Delta Region will provide examples for most Chinese cities.The article selects Canglang District of Suzhou as the typical example for analysis and points out that governments should change the concept of governance and build eco-cities in the post-industrial society.
