| 摘 要： | 介绍了我国教育系统的各种委托代理关系，及其导致的三种形式的道德风险，并分析了道德风险产生的根源主要是由于委托代理问题产生的信息不对称等原因，最后针对三种道德风险分别提出防范和降低的主要策略。
