我国发展绿色消费的障碍及对策研究

摘    要:绿色消费作为与可持续发展相适应的消费方式,在全球范围内已被提上议事日程,世界各国都在发展绿色消费。相关统计资料表明,绿色消费成熟国家或地区的人们的绿色意识并不比我国人民高很多。我国发展绿色消费,不能把公众绿色意识和环境道德水平的提高作为主要动力,而关键是要把握绿色产品包含绿色成本这一特殊性,依靠市场的作用和政府的适当参与,在尊重而不是改变消费和生产行为特征的前提下,解决好由于绿色产品包含绿色成本给生产和消费带来的利益损失问题。

Abstract:Green consumption, a consumption pattern accommodated to the sustainable development, has already been put on the research agenda in the whole world. Many countries are developing it. Statistics show that people's green consciousness of those countries, where green consumption is more developed, is not much stronger than that of Chinese people. To develop green consumption in China, we should not take the promotion of the public green consciousness and environmental moral standard as the main drive. Instead, we must fully understand the specialty that green products contain green cost. We must also depend on market mechanism and government so that, under the condition that features of the behaviors of both consumers and producers are respected rather than changed, we can solve the problem of the lost interests of both consumers and producers incurred by the green cost contained in green products.
