邓小平关于加速社会主义科技进步的理论

邓小平的“科技是第一生产力”的论断，是对马克思认为“科学是一种在历中上起推动作用的、革命的力量”思想的发展，精辟地概括了科技对经济发展的革命性作用。邓小平深刻地认识到，建国以来，尤其是党的十一届三中全会以来，我国的科技发展取得了辉煌的成就。钽是，由于历史的原因，我国的科技水平与现代化大生产的要求相比，仍是进一步发展经济的重大制约因素。因此，邓小平指出，我国科技要赶上世界科技水平，充分发挥其促进经济发展的作用，就必须采取强有力的措施，增强科技实力。
