| 摘 要： | 本文简要介绍了知识管理的出现和多学科研究现状。从目标、结构、任务的过程等方面分析了个人知识管理和组织知识管理的关系。在对知识管理过程进行心理分析的基础上,指出影响知识管理的主要心理因素。因此,我们应注重知识管理细节,夯实知识利用基础。

| Abstract: | This article described the emergence of knowledge management and multidisciplinary research.It analyzed the personal knowledge management and organizational knowledge management links.In the psychological-based analysis of knowledge management,it pointed out that the main impact of psychological factors of knowledge management.Attentions should be paid to the details of knowledge management,and prepared for the knowledge utilization. |
