| 摘 要： | 知识经济的迅速崛起突出了开发思维资源的重大战略价值。深度开发思维资源,增强自主创新能力．建设创新型国家在我国具有重大战略意义。发挥外在环境的功能作用,激发思维主体强化内在动因．构建健康的社会竞争机制是根本。社会竞争环境拥有导向思维理性流动、激发思维创造性、强化思维生机、增大思维压力等强大的功能。其健康构建的关键在于贯彻公平原则,核心是以完善的法律导向,科学实现竞争参与者的“机会均等”。

| Abstract: | The quick growth of knowledge economy stress the great strategic value of thinking resources exploitation,which,together with creative ability and a new-type country is of great strategic importance.It's fundamental to make use of the function of outer environment,to stimulate stream of thoughts and strengthen inner motive,so as to build a healthy society of competitive system.This society enables the reasonable communication and creativity of thinking,which can strengthen thinking energy and enlarge its pressure.The key to the healthy construction is to carry out the principle of being fair,its essence is to carry out"equal chance"among competitors with perfect legal guidance. |
