| Abstract: | Based on the form and content of the literary language, and with the illustration of samples from A Dream in Red Mansions and its English versions, the author presents several techniques of translating the literal meaning and the implied meaning in literary translation. Translators' intrusion in translation should be geared with great subtlety. |
