| 摘 要： | 专科生的管理与教育成为目前高校越来越重视的课题 ,如何培养合格的专科毕业生又是高校遇到的越来越有压力的挑战。而搞好专科生的培养 ,思想教育工作势必先行。在思想教育工作中 ,除遵循一般的思想教育规律外 ,还要从思想教育与自我教育、思想教育与政策教育、思想教育与荣誉激励机制 3个方面入手。
