| 摘 要： | 利用GC/MS联用技术对甜橙油的化学成分进行分离分析，共鉴定出31种化学成分，占总峰面积的90．55％，主要成分为烯等，分析结果为产品开发、调香等提供指导。

| Abstract: | Chemical Constituents of Sweet orange oil was anslyzed by GC/MS,and their relative contents determined by area normalization,31 constituents were identified, which accounted for 90.55% of Sweet orange oil. Limonene etc are the major chemical constituents in the Sweet orange oil. |
