| 摘 要： | 高等教育产品供求发生于教育过程的起点,其实质是高等教育机构提供给学生的高等教育机会。高等教育产品供求经常处于不均衡状态,高等教育产品的供求失衡有总量失衡和结构失衡两种表现形式。纯粹的市场调节和政府调节方式各有其缺陷。我国民办高校收费应当以市场调节为基础,政府调节与市场调节相互配合。

| Abstract: | The supply and demand of higher education product,essentially a kind of higher e-ducation opportunities for the students provided by the higher education institutions,happens on the threshold of the education process.The supply and demand of higher education product is al-ways at the imbalanced condition,and it has two kinds of manifestations,namely gross imbalance and structure imbalance.Both pure market regulation and government regulation have defects re-spectively.Collection of fees by private higher education institutions in China should take the mar-ket regulation as the foundation,with the market regulation and government regulation keeping dynamic equilibrium. |
