| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肠梗阻治疗管对粘连性肠梗阻的治疗作用。方法:1993～1998年对56例粘连性肠梗阻采用肠梗阻治疗管进行非手术治疗,以常规鼻胃管减压治疗作为对照组。结果:治疗组第一日平均引流量增加74％,梗阻缓解时间缩短2.1±0.4天,但中转手术率无明显下降。结论:肠梗阻治疗管治疗粘连性肠梗阻是一种安全、有效的方法,尤适用于低位小肠梗阻。
