摘    要:激励理论对矫正不良学习心理有较高的借鉴与应用价值,本文基于双因素理论,通过对当前职业院校学生学习倦怠的心理进行问卷调研,从学习动力与成就动机、自我效能感、自我控制力三个方面分析。根据学生的激励偏好,从激励与保健因素两个方面有针对性地提出职校学生不良学习心理的矫正措施。

Abstract:Motivation theories play a significant role in correcting negative learning psychology.A questionnaire study on learning mentality of vocational school students has been conducted as the basic research for this paper,which analyzes learning motive force and achievement motivation,selfefficacy and self-control in view of two-factor theory,then further put forward relevant measures to correct learning mentality of vocational school students from two factors of motivation and hygiene according to the incentive preferences of students.
