摘    要:本文结合高校少数民族预科学生特点和预科教育自身特点,以三峡大学少数民族预科生部为例,分入学适应阶段、期中调整阶段和结业总结阶段对预科学生进行教育管理,使预科学生顺利完成学业,以更好的状态投入到本科的学习和生活。

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of college preparatory minority students and preparatory college education,this paper take preparatory education department at China,Three Gorges University as the example,focus on the three educational administration stages:adaptation into the college life,adjustment on middle semester and summary about whole academic year of minority students,explore how the students achieve their academic works successfully,then how to integrate into the undergraduate study and life.
