论幼儿家庭教育中沟通能力的培养

家庭是培养幼儿沟通能力的重要场所,但是由于家庭结构的变化、教育方式的不足以及生活方式的改变,幼儿在家庭中无法得到足够的沟通训练。家长需要积极创造宽松愉快的沟通氛围,培养幼儿的自信心,积极鼓励幼儿表达想法,同时还需要积极倾听幼儿的表达,为幼儿沟通提供机会。

Research on Preschoolers' Communication Ability in Family Education

Family is an important place to foster kids＇ communication ability,however because of the changes of family structure,the deficiency of the education mode,the preschoolers in families cannot get enough communication training.Parents need to actively create pleasant communication atmosphere,cultivate children＇s self-confidence,encourage children to express ideas.They also need to actively listen to children＇s expression,provide more communication opportunities for preschoolers.
