| 摘 要： | 《关于领导干部报告个人有关事项的规定》针对当前领导干部廉洁自律方面出现的新情况新问题,将原有的领导干部收入申报制度与有关事项报告制度合并,财产报告主体增多,报告范围增广,查阅、调查核实程序的明确性增强,惩罚的力度增大,有利于促进领导干部廉洁从政,为我国官员财产申报制度的建立提供了经验。

| Abstract: | According to the new situations and the problems of probity and self-discipline,The Regulation of Cadres' Relative Matters Reporting combines the original regulation about cadres' property declaration with cadres' relative matters reporting.It adds reporting principals,reporting scope,clarity of procedures of investigation and intensity of punishment.It is helpful to promote the cadres to be honest,and provides reference for our officials' property declaration regulation. |
