基础教育课程改革中教师角色的转变

摘    要:当前正在进行的基础教育课程改革要求教师的角色必须进行相应的转变。即由知识的传授者转向学习的参与者、促进者和指导者;由“教书匠”转向科研型、创新型教师;由单一型教师转向综合型教师;由传统教学方式转向现代教学方式;由面向全体学生的教学转为面向全体与面向个体学生相结合的教学。

Abstract:The curriculum reform in the elementary education calls for the corr esponding changes of a teacher's role. These include changes from the person who imparts knowledge to the person who participates in, promotes and guides studen ts' learning; from the teaching craftsman to the scientific research teacher and creative teacher; from the single to the comprehensive teacher; from the tradit ional to the modern teaching style; from teaching towards the whole students to teaching towards both the whole students and the individual students.
