| 摘 要： | 中世纪晚期英国村庄多具有共同体的性质,村民们在村庄经济事务、法律生活中都能"自我调控"管理,社区的管理人员和管理机构也具有很强的民意色彩。村庄共同体的"自治"性制约了庄园领主的权威。

Self-government of Village Communities in Late Medieval England |

| Abstract: | Most villages in medieval England were featured with the nature of community. Self-regulation occurred when villagers managed their economic affairs and legal life. Moreover,managers and administrations in the community also presented strong feature of public opinion. Therefore the authority of manorial laird had been restricted by the self-government of village community. |
