关于成人高校教师培训管理的思考

教师培训有着重要的意义,是提高教师素质、解决成人高校教师资源短缺的重要途径,是增强成人高校竞争力的重要手段,是加快师资队伍建设的重大举措。然而,成人高校教师培训的现状却不容乐观。要促进成人高校的创新与持续发展,就必须从转变观念、更新培训理念,建立系统化培训体系,完善培训管理制度,建设培训氛围文化、创建“学习型组织”等方面着手搞好教师培训与管理。
