湘鄂渝黔边区旅游环境保护的博弈分析

旅游资源保护问题已经成为近期旅游界的一个热点。旅游环境保护的有效性，在一个区域内主要取决于政府和旅游企业双方博弈的力量及环境政策的调整程度。在湘鄂渝黔边区旅游开发中，为了更有效地培植良好的环境保护，应建立起合理、有效的政府调节与市场调节相结合的环境保护机制。

A Game Analysis on the Tourism Environmental Conservation in the Contiguous Area of Hunan, Hubei, Chongqing and Guizhou Provinces

The issue on tourism environment is a hot topic in tourism recently. The effectiveness of environmental conservation depends mainly on the balance of the forces of the game parties such as government and enterprises, and on the regulation degree of environmental policies. In the contiguous areas tourism development of Hunan, Hubei, Chongqing and Guizhou provinces, in order to creats more effectively a good resources-exploiting environment, efforts should be made to establish a rational, effective environmental protection mechanism of combining government regulation with market readjustment.
