| 摘 要： | 本文以组织理论为分析工具,选择武汉华中数控股份公司为案例,对其产学研合作进行研究,研究结论认为意识到组织间资源的相互依赖是产学研合作的动力,由于产学研之间在资源依赖程度上存在差异,为了避免出现中心组织的自主性被削弱的可能,组织会试图通过组织或制度创新来影响它们的环境。

| Abstract: | This study explores the Industry-University-Research Cooperation at the Huazhong Numerical Control Co.LTD,Wuhan with the organizational theory as the analytical tool,and concludes that the resource dependence between organizations is the driving force for Industry-University-Research combination.Because of the diversity of resource dependence,the organization tries to influence its environment through innovation of organization or system to avoid weakening the autonomy. |
