基于全面质量管理理念的课程建设管理研究

课程建设是高校教学基本建设的重要组成部分，是专业建设和学科建设的基础环节。文章从课程建设管理者的角度，把全面质量管理的思想应用到课程建设的管理实践中，并根据这一思想提出应区分合格课程、优秀课程、精品课程的层次来进行建设，并要全面加强课程建设前、建设中、建设后等各个环节的管理，从而提高教学水平和人才培养的质量。
