基于全面质量管理理念的课程建设管理研究

摘    要:课程建设是高校教学基本建设的重要组成部分,是专业建设和学科建设的基础环节。文章从课程建设管理者的角度,把全面质量管理的思想应用到课程建设的管理实践中,并根据这一思想提出应区分合格课程、优秀课程、精品课程的层次来进行建设,并要全面加强课程建设前、建设中、建设后等各个环节的管理,从而提高教学水平和人才培养的质量。

Abstract:Courses construction is an important part of the teaching fundamental construction, is the foundation of specialty construction and construction of subjects.This article from the perspective of courses construction manager,applied the concept of total quality manage- merit to the courses construction management practice, and put forward the idea accordingly that the courses construction should distinguish the quality level among qualified courses,excellent courses and top - quality courses, and should strengthen comprehensively the courses management of all links in pre - construction, inter - construction and post - construction, so as to enhonce the level of teaching and the quality of personnel training.
