| 摘 要： | 体育课程资源是体育课程得以有效运作的基础，是体育课程改革与发展的基本保证。通过从体育课程资源相关概念的研究入手，对当前高校体育课程资源开发利用的现状进行理性的剖析，探讨开发和有效利用体育课程资源的新途径和新方法。
