摘    要:随着不可再生能源的不断减少,可再生能源的利用与开发一直是国内外非常关注的话题。风力发电技术由于绿色环保等特点,已经在各个国家广泛应用,但是在实际使用中也存在较多问题,尤其是齿轮箱在高速段由于在高转速、变载荷的冲击下运行,很容易出现故障,如果不及时预警和维护,易造成较大的经济损失。因此,研究风电齿轮箱的齿轮运行特点及故障特征信号对风电装备的预警及故障诊断十分重要。针对研究生课程机械振动、转子动力学,研制了直齿齿轮教学试验台,其应用不仅提升了研究生分析和解决问题的能力,也为今后的科研工作打下了基础。

Abstract:With the continuous reduction of non-renewable energy,the use and development of renewable energy has attracted attention at home and abroad.Wind power technology has been widely used in various countries due to its environmental protection and other characteristics,but in actual use,many problems have also been found.In particular,the gearbox is subject to high speed and variable load under the impact of high speed,which is prone to failure.If it is not timely warned and maintained,it will cause large economic losses.Therefore,it is very important to study the gear operation characteristics and fault characteristic signals for early warning and fault diagnosis of wind power equipment.In response to the graduate courses"Mechanical Vibration"and"Rotor Dynamics",a teaching and testing platform for spur gears is developed.Its application has not only improved the ability of graduate students to analyze and solve problems,but also laid a foundation for future scientific research.
