摘    要:高校实验室危险化学品种类繁多、涉及面广、危害性大。近年来,高校实验室危险化学品安全事故时有发生,暴露出高校事故应急处置能力的不足,往往无法应对复杂的事故局面。针对高校目前普遍缺乏实验室危险化学品安全事故应急演练经验,围绕优化应急演练方案、创新应急演练互助模式、借助应急智能技术等方面,提出一系列增强危险化学品安全事故应急处置能力的具体措施,以期形成一套科学预防、有效防控、高效救援的实验室危险化学品应急处置体系。

Abstract:There are many kinds of dangerous chemicals in university laboratories which are wide-ranging and harmful. In recent years, dangerous chemical safety accidents have happened rather frequently in university laboratories, which exposes the lack of emergency response capacity to cope with complex accident situations. In view of the lack of experience in the emergency drill for dangerous chemicals in university laboratories at present, this paper puts forward a series of specific measures to enhance the emergency disposal ability of dangerous chemical safety accidents in order to establish a scientific prevention, effective prevention and control, and efficient rescue laboratory hazards emergency disposal system.
