摘    要:透明土实验技术平台是河海大学岩土力学与堤坝工程教育部重点实验室的重要实验平台之一。基于人工合成透明土材料和数字图像处理技术,非嵌入式可视化观测岩土工程中土体内部位移场、渗流场及温度场等,探讨地下结构与土体相互作用机理。通过分析传统岩土工程可视化实验与教学方法的局限性,本文研发了透明土实验技术三维测试平台,主要包括透明土材料制配、图像采集和数据后处理分析等三大模块。与基于CT、MRI等可视化实验技术相比,该实验平台具有成本低、操作方便、实用价值高以及可推广性强等特点,应用于河海大学岩土工程、地下结构工程等相关课程的实验教学,获得了满意的效果。

Abstract:Transparent soil experimental technology platform is one of the important experimental platforms in the Key Laboratory for Geomechanics and Embankment Engineering of Ministry of Education at Hohai University.Based on the synthetic transparent soil material and digital image processing technology,this paper discusses the interaction mechanism between the underground structure and the soil by observing the internal displacement field,seepage field and temperature field of the soil in the geotechnical engineering.By analyzing the limitations of the traditional visualization experiment and teaching methods of geotechnical engineering,this paper developed a 3 D testing platform for transparent soil testing technology,which mainly includes three modules such as transparent soil material preparation,image acquisition and data post-processing analysis.Compared with the visualization experiment technology based on CT and MRI,the experiment platform has the characteristics of low cost,convenient operation,high practical value and strong popularization.The experiment platform has been applied to the experimental teaching of geotechnical engineering,underground structure engineering and other related courses in Hohai University,and has achieved satisfactory results.
