摘    要:采用化学沉淀法调控合成了Cu2O八面体和立方体等7个微米晶样品。探讨了表面活性剂PVP的用量和反应温度等因素对Cu2O微米晶最终形貌的影响。当PVP用量由0.180 g增加至0.338 g时,Cu2O八面体和立方体的形貌变化不大;而PVP用量有相近改变时,Cu2O纳米球的形貌和分散性有很大改变,对此文中从微米颗粒和纳米颗粒的受力角度进行了分析。当反应温度从20℃增加至60℃时,Cu2O八面体演变为球形;而反应温度从20℃增加至50℃时,Cu2O立方体形貌未发生明显改变,只是增添了很多小颗粒附着在其表面。

Abstract:Seven different shaped Cu2O micron crystals such as Cu2O octahedron,cube,etc.,are synthesized with chemical precipitation method.It is mainly discussed how the amount of surfactant PVP and reacting temperature affects the final morphology of Cu2O micron crystals.When the amount of PVP increases from 0.180 g to 0.338 g,there is no obvious change on the morphology of Cu2O octahedron and cube.However,the morphology and dispersion of Cu2O nanospheres changes greatly with a similar dose of increase of PVP.In this paper,the relevant reason is analyzed briefly according to the different forces acted on the micro-and nanoparticles.When the reacting temperature increases from 20℃to 60℃,the Cu2O octahedron becomes spherical.Moreover,while the reacting temperature increases from 20℃to 50℃,there is no significant change on the morphology of Cu2O cube only with a lot of nanoparticles attaching on its surface.
