高校三级实验室安全保障体系的建立

以有效保障实验室安全和提高实验室运行效率为目标,遵从学校实验室管理体制及政策,中国海洋大学海洋生命科学国家级实验教学示范中心结合自身特点,运用现代网络资源和通讯手段,建立了基于"互联网+"的三级实验室安全保障体系。该体系包括线上和线下实验室安全课程理论教学、实验安全与防护虚拟仿真实验以及仪器设备使用规程在线微视频教学系统。该体系的运行能够有效提高实验操作人员的安全意识,充分保障实验室安全,提高仪器设备的使用率,降低实验过程中设备的故障率。

Establishment of three-level laboratory safety guarantee system in colleges and universities

An"Internet+"based three-level laboratory safety guarantee system has been established by the National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of Life Science in Ocean University of China in combination with its own characteristics and in accordance with the university laboratory management system and policies and by using modern network resources and communication means.This system includes the theoretical teaching of online and offline laboratory safety courses,virtual simulation experiments of experimental safety and protection and online micro video teaching system of instrument and equipment usage rules.The operation of this system can effectively improve the safety awareness of experimental operators,fully guarantee the laboratory safety,improve the utilization rate of instruments and equipment and reduce the failure rate of equipment in the process of experiments.
